Serengeti 5359G Vermilion Lens Sunglasses

1 Vintage Serengeti 5359F sunglasses are a durable, high performance sports frame that's extremely flexible and made from an advanced rubber compound patented by Serengeti in the 1990s. They provide both comfort and performance, but the real stars of the show are the Serengeti Vermilion double gradient mirror lenses made by Corning Optics of Corning glass fame. The silver mirror exterior coatings are applied to a rose colored base lens with rich blue - purple anti-glare coatings on the rear. The unisex Serengeti 5359 G frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the Vermilion lenses measure approximately 2.375" x 1.675" at the widest points. The inside of one stem is marked Serengeti Eyewear 5359Gwhile the inside of the other stem is marked Corning Optics, part of a great collection of vintage sports eyewear owned by a well known major league baseball player.
