Serengeti 5305 Double Gradient Mirror

Orange Aviator Sunglasses

Vintage Serengeti 5305 orange aviator sunglasses are one of the rarest styles ever produced by Serengeti, with a bright orange metal aviator style frame and top of the line double gradient mirror mineral glass lenses produced by Corning Optics of Corning glass fame. These highly reflective lenses use a gradient density mirrored coating on the front of the lens to complement the anti-glare properties the blue colored anti-reflective coating on the back of the lens provides. The result is a high performance glass lens that also looks great, especially in these rare orange Serengeti 5305 aviators. The unisex Serengeti 5305L frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.875" at the widest points. The inside of one stem is marked Serengeti Eyewear 5305L while the inside of the other stem is marked Corning Optics and one ear pad is marked Frame Japan. These are new old stock Serengeti 5305 orange aviator sunglasses with double gradient mirror Corning Optics lenses in mint, unworn condition.
